DIY PUMP Kits

  • Building the Ferti-Ject DIY Pump Kits starts with a chemical resistant frame to help with protection and ease of transport. The are built high to keep the unit out of the mud.

  • Rain shields are fitted (not shown) to protect the unit from the elements.

  • The metering pump and electric motor combination has been selected for your application is fitted the frame. The option for a VFD controller for the motor is also available.

  • Attached to the electric motor is a direct-on-line starter with manual on/ off and inbuilt overload as added protection for the electric motor.

  • Your DIY Pump Kit is now ready to install and includes every thing to need to get started.
  • Metering Pump in Frame with Rain Shield.
  • Direct-on-line starter with inbuilt overload protection
  • Anti-siphon, non-return injection quill
  • DIY Installation Kit, everything you need, just add pipe!

Ferti-Ject Dosing Systems range of Fertigation and Chemigation Systems are designed specifically for the harsh conditions of Irrigated Agriculture. We manufacture and distribute our dosing solutions from the Swan Valley region of Western Australia directly to markets in the growing regions of Australia, and in other regions via our Channel Partners.
